Our story
We named the company Integrity because that's how we run it.
We started Integrity Marketing in 2018 in Kirkland, WA. The name was intentional. We wanted to build something we were genuinely proud of. An agency where the work speaks for itself and the relationships last.
The early days were simple. A handful of clients, all referrals. People who needed real help with their marketing and wanted to work with people who actually cared about the outcome. That's still how we operate today.
Today we're a team of nine across two offices: our headquarters at 803 Kirkland Ave #202, Kirkland, WA and a second office in Eagle, Idaho. The Eagle office happened because one of our co-founders moved there, liked the area, and saw great businesses in the Treasure Valley that needed better marketing support.
We've never had a sales team. Every client came through referrals or found us through the work we do for other clients. We think that says a lot about how we operate.
We built Integrity to be the kind of agency we'd want to hire ourselves. Honest about what's working, always learning, and genuinely invested in our clients winning.

Every engagement starts with a business goal. Then we work backward to figure out what actually moves the needle. Sometimes that's SEO. Sometimes it's Google Ads. Sometimes it's a new website. Often it's a combination.

Google Ads: 3-month initial, then month-to-month. SEO: 6-month initial, then month-to-month. Web design: project-based. We earn the next month. That's how it should work.
All work done in-house.
Every strategy, ad, design, and line of content is built by our 9-person team in Kirkland and Eagle. The people you meet are the people doing the work.

Our SEO Director, Dylan Axelson, built April AI on 8 years of campaign data. It creates ideal customer profiles and writes targeted content using the latest SEO and AI optimization techniques. It's not a generic tool. It's built on what we've learned actually works.
Generative Engine Optimization
People are asking AI the questions they used to type into Google. We saw this shift early and started building for it. We've been tracking and optimizing for AI search since 2024, and we're one of the first agencies in the Pacific Northwest to offer GEO as a dedicated service.
We built April AI because the off-the-shelf tools weren't keeping up with how search actually works now. When your tools are built on what you've learned over 8 years of campaigns, the results compound faster.
