Leo's role goes well beyond the first phone call. As Sr. Account Manager, he is the connective tissue between clients and the rest of the Integrity team.
On any given day, he might be:
- Meeting with a new prospect to understand their business and goals
- Checking in with existing clients to review progress and adjust priorities
- Working with the internal team to make sure client needs are clearly communicated
- Prescribing specific services based on what the data and the conversation reveal
- Following up on deliverables to make sure nothing slips through the cracks
Leo does not just hand clients off after the first call. He stays involved throughout the relationship, making sure the work stays aligned with what the client actually needs.
His Approach
Leo believes the right service matters more than the most expensive service. His job is not to sell the biggest package. It is to figure out what will actually move the needle for each client's business.
That means sometimes he recommends less than what a client expected. If a business only needs SEO and does not need paid media, Leo will say so. If a prospect is not ready for a full engagement, he will tell them that too.
